Rainy Day!

Well this is how I felt today...like I had a rain cloud over my head the entire day! I woke up this morning with the intentions to go walk/run and then go to church. However, unfortunately, I did neither one! I told myself that I'd do better goin' into 2013, but I've done nothin' yet! But this isn't gonna be a "beat up Honda" day...I'm just gonna get back on the right foot tomorrow and work on my running and weightloss.

I stayed well within my calorie goal today, but if I would've worked out, I would've been able to eat more food LOL!! It's all good! I can do it and I'm gonna do it!! A better and brighter day is comin'!
