Day Two

I'm really getting in to the whole crossfit hysteria!! I really like it and it's only been 2 days lol!! I'm gonna post some pics at some point, right now i'm just focused on improving my times!! I'm lovin' it!!!

Day One

Soooo.....to go along with my running, I FINALLY decided to signup for Crossfit!! WooHoo!! Today was the first day, and it wasn't all that I expected. I've read a lotta blogs and info about "beginning" crossfit, and many of the posts say it's not about weightloss...but about improving your personal strength! Well, it definitely is about beating yourself as far as "the next day, I'm gonna do more REPS than yesterday!!"

So, it's about 8:30pm. and I'm calling it a night! I'll post "beginning" pics tomorrow! I'll be back!! :-)
